The achievement will unlock upon completing your 100th game. You'll get faster over time, and this should allow you to finish 100 games in close to an hour. It may seem complicated but you'll quickly get the hang of it and memorize the steps, then just rinse and repeat over and over. My best time is 8 seconds, but average is probably 12 seconds or so. Once you learn the steps to complete this board, you can finish it incredibly fast.
